Kon’nichiwa! Everybody knows what Teriyaki sauce is and is well-loved by a significant many! But, did you know that it's typically high in sugar and sodium?

We’ve re-worked the famous Japanese classic into a healthier yet still tasty in-house sauce! Sugar content has been reduced by replacing processed sugar with stevia, an all-natural sweetener that doesn’t add calories, affect blood sugar, or contribute to tooth decay.

By using reduced salt light soy sauce, the sodium level of Yummy Teriyaki Chicken is also lower than its traditional counterpart! Finally, with lean chicken breast as the base, you’ll enjoy a guilt-free boost in protein! Douzo Meshiagare!

Nutritional values displayed includes the 70g sauce tub of 44 cal, 0.2g fat, 13g carb, 0.8g protein, 657mg sodium.

Lean Chicken Breast with a Stevia-Made Sweet, Savoury, & Tangy Sauce.</strong></h3><p class="slate-p">Sugar consumption by the general public has been an issue for Singapore’s Health Promotion Board. Eating too much sugar can lead to weight gain, blood sugar problems, increased risk of heart disease, and many other negative health effects.</p><p class="slate-p">That’s the the launch of <em class="slate-italic">‘Nutri-Grade’</em> on beverages sold locally is an awesome initiative to educate residents and help us reduce our sugar intake.</p><p class="slate-p">At Yummy Bros, we want to bring the <em class="slate-italic">‘eat-lesser-sugar movement’</em> to our meal preps. That’s why we’ve used stevia, an all-natural sweetener, for Yummy Teriyaki Chicken instead of processed sugar. Stevia does not add calories, affect blood sugar, or contribute to tooth decay.</p><p class="slate-p">We’ve also incorporated the use of reduced salt light soy sauce in all of our menu items that requires it. This is to help cut down the intake of sodium and further value-add the healthy aspect of our meal preps!</p>

<h3 class="slate-h3"><strong class="slate-bold">Meal Storage Tips</strong></h3><p class="slate-p">Follow these steps to keep your meals fresh for up to 7 days.</p><ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li"><div>Upon receiving your meals, store them in the freezer compartment.</div></li><li class="slate-li"><div>Decide what to eat the next day.</div></li><li class="slate-li"><div>Transfer that meal to the chiller compartment (So that it isn’t rock solid ice when you want to reheat it.)</div></li><li class="slate-li"><div>Ready to eat?
