One day while reminiscing about mama's cooking, we got inspired. For some reason, food by the folks at home tastes the best! One of our favourites is Sesame Oil Chicken!

The fragrant aroma of sesame and ginger never fails to create a voracious appetite in us. Our goal is to bring you the same effect with Yummy Sesame Oil Chicken!

We've controlled strictly the amount of sesame oil used and de-skinned chicken thigh meat to ensure that you get a well-balanced meal of healthy fat and high protein!

Home-cooked meals are such a HUGE source of inspiration for us! Did you know that sesame oil is full of antioxidants and vitamin E? These are great for fighting free radicals (the bad guys) in our bodies, which can reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases.Sesame oil also contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, the unsaturated fats. Our parents call this "Agar Agar lor!" and it tends to be a lot! Here’s our healthier version of the famous Indonesian dish, Ayam Panggang! We’ve made this Indo-Style grilled chicken leaner, higher in protein, and lower in sugar – It’s not overwhelmingly sweet! Prepared with de-boned & de-skinned chicken thigh meat and our in-house marinade with lots of garlicky goodness!

<h3 class="slate-h3">Healthy Ayam Panggang – Made Leaner, Higher in Protein, & Less Sweet!</h3>Ayam Panggang is an Indonesian (and Malaysian) dish that literally translates into “grilled chicken”. It’s a staple menu item for any established Indo-Style cuisine eatery in Singapore. But, will you find healthy Ayam Panggang anywhere? Nah… these are typically served with chicken thigh that still has the skin on, doused with lots of sugar, sweet soy sauce, and fatty coconut oil.Well, we’re not having any of that.Whenever Yummy Bros uses chicken thigh, we de-skin it so that the fat content is minimized. We also de-bone it to give you the best bang for your buck (it’s all meat in the 150g or 200g serving you order) and to make macros & calorie calculation accurate.We’ve also controlled the amount of sweet soy sauce, AKA kecap manis, that goes into our in-house marinade.
