One day while reminiscing about mama's cooking, we got inspired. For some reason, food by the folks at home tastes the best! One of our favourites is Sesame Oil Chicken!

The fragrant aroma of sesame and ginger never fails to create a voracious appetite in us. Our goal is to bring you the same effect with Yummy Sesame Oil Chicken!

We've controlled strictly the amount of sesame oil used and de-skinned chicken thigh meat to ensure that you get a well-balanced meal of healthy fat and high protein!

Home-cooked meals are such a HUGE source of inspiration for us! Did you know that sesame oil is full of antioxidants and vitamin E? These are great for fighting free radicals (the bad guys) in our bodies, which can reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases.Sesame oil also contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, the unsaturated fats. Besides improving your immune function, they can also help prevent several disease including heart disease and cancer.The issue with home cooking is that approximation is used when measuring how much sesame oil (and other ingredients) to use. Our parents call this "Agar Agar lor!" and it tends to be a lot! While we are highly appreciative that our parents want us to enjoy our food by adding loads of flavours, we are fitness enthusiasts and we&#x27;re always looking to control our calorie intake.That&#x27;s why, at Yummy Bros, we are careful to control the amount of sesame oil used to prepare Yummy Sesame Chicken. Grab the meal from the chiller, reheat, and consume!</li></ol><h3 class="slate-h3">Heating Instructions</h3>Yummy Meals come delivered in biodegradable corn starch based meal boxes that are totally safe for microwaving and withstanding high temperatures.To microwave your meals:<ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li">Remove the meal box and sauce container lids</li><li class="slate-li">Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)</li><li class="slate-li">Microwave for 4 minutes</li><li class="slate-li">Enjoy!</li></ol>If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
