But for those of us trying to stay on track with our diet, indulging in salted egg dishes often means dipping into cheat meal territory. Most salted egg chicken is deep-fried and loaded with butter and oil - definitely not ideal!

That’s why we created our Yummy Salted Egg Chicken with a twist. We use lean, protein-packed chicken breast that’s baked (not fried!) and smothered in a lighter, but equally flavourful, in-house sauce made with creamy cream cheese instead of butter.
