Here’s our healthier version of the famous Indonesian dish, Ayam Panggang! We’ve made this Indo-Style grilled chicken leaner, higher in protein, and lower in sugar – It’s not overwhelmingly sweet! Prepared with de-boned & de-skinned chicken thigh meat and our in-house marinade with lots of garlicky goodness!

It’s a staple menu item for any established Indo-Style cuisine eatery in Singapore. But, will you find healthy Ayam Panggang anywhere? Nah… these are typically served with chicken thigh that still has the skin on, doused with lots of sugar, sweet soy sauce, and fatty coconut oil.Well, we’re not having any of that.Whenever Yummy Bros uses chicken thigh, we de-skin it so that the fat content is minimized. We also de-bone it to give you the best bang for your buck (it’s all meat in the 150g or 200g serving you order) and to make macros & calorie calculation accurate.We’ve also controlled the amount of sweet soy sauce, AKA kecap manis, that goes into our in-house marinade. Grab the meal from the chiller, reheat, and consume!</li></ol><h3 class="slate-h3">Heating Instructions</h3>Yummy Meals come delivered in biodegradable corn starch based meal boxes that are totally safe for microwaving and withstanding high temperatures.To microwave your meals:<ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li">Remove the meal box and sauce container lids</li><li class="slate-li">Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)</li><li class="slate-li">Microwave for 4 minutes</li><li class="slate-li">Enjoy!</li></ol>If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
