Here’s our healthier version of the famous Indonesian dish, Ayam Panggang! We’ve made this Indo-Style grilled chicken leaner, higher in protein, and lower in sugar – It’s not overwhelmingly sweet! Prepared with de-boned & de-skinned chicken thigh meat and our in-house marinade with lots of garlicky goodness!

<h3 class="slate-h3"><strong class="slate-bold">Healthy Ayam Panggang – Made Leaner, Higher in Protein, & Less Sweet!</strong></h3><p class="slate-p"></p><p class="slate-p">Ayam Panggang is an Indonesian (and Malaysian) dish that literally translates into “grilled chicken”. It’s a staple menu item for any established Indo-Style cuisine eatery in Singapore. But, will you find <strong class="slate-bold">healthy </strong>Ayam Panggang anywhere? Nah… these are typically served with chicken thigh that still has the skin on, doused with lots of sugar, sweet soy sauce, and fatty coconut oil.</p><p class="slate-p">Well, we’re not having any of that.</p><p class="slate-p">Whenever Yummy Bros uses chicken thigh, we de-skin it so that the fat content is minimized. We also de-bone it to give you the best bang for your buck (<em class="slate-italic">it’s all meat in the 150g or 200g serving you order</em>) and to make macros & calorie calculation accurate.</p><p class="slate-p">We’ve also controlled the amount of sweet soy sauce, <em class="slate-italic">AKA kecap manis</em>, that goes into our in-house marinade. <em class="slate-italic">Zero</em> coconut oil.</p><p class="slate-p">With Yummy Chicken Panggang, everyone can enjoy this Indo classic without the guilt!</p>
