Can I change my delivery mode from Click & Collect to Doorstep Delivery or Vice Versa?
You are able to change your delivery mode by dropping us an email at eat@yummybros.com. Please note that changes can only be made BEFORE the cut-off time of your selected Click & Collect date/doorstep delivery date i.e. before Tuesday 6pm for Wednesday/Thursday collections/deliveries, before Friday 6pm for Sunday/Monday collections/deliveries.
Please give us ample time to make the change for you, if needed. So, kindly drop us an email before Tuesday/Friday 4pm for changes. We cannot guarantee that your changes will be made if we receive your request after 4pm.
There will strictly be NO CHANGES allowed to the delivery mode after the cut-off time.
Do note that if:
- you are changing from Click & Collect to doorstep delivery, delivery fee will be applicable.
- you are changing from doorstep delivery to Click & Collect, there will be no refund of delivery fee.
Can I change my Click & Collect location, date and/or timeslot?
You can make changes to your Click & Collect location, date and time slot by dropping us an email at eat@yummybros.com. Please note that changes can only be made BEFORE the cut-off time of your selected Click & Collect date. i.e. before Tuesday 6pm for Wednesday/Thursday collections, before Friday 6pm for Sunday/Monday collections.

Something cropped up and I cannot receive my order during my Click & Collect slot. What should I do?
You can appoint someone else to collect your order on your behalf by forwarding a copy of the order confirmation email to him/her/them. Please also inform the authorized person who is collecting your order to ensure that he/she/they receive the correct bag of order from the collection point’s staff.
Uncollected orders after 1pm will be disposed due to food safety reasons.
I cannot find my order confirmation email, what should I do?
You may log in to your Yummy Bros account, under "My Account", click on your Click & Collect order number and show it to the duty personnel for collection.
I have issues with my order, what should I do?
Kindly check that the order belongs to you by verifying the name and order ID indicated on the bag containing your order.
Once you have collected your order and stepped out of the collection point, the location staff will not be able to take back the order you’ve picked up and exchange it for you in the interest of food safety and hygiene.
